經(jīng)學(xué)校研究決定，我校從2013年2月21日起，原成績(jī)單辦公室撤銷(xiāo)并入注冊(cè)中心，由注冊(cè)中心統(tǒng)一為學(xué)生提供一站式成績(jī)單等相關(guān)服務(wù)，并啟用專(zhuān)為清華大學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)的新式防偽成績(jī)單。新式防偽成績(jī)單具有多項(xiàng)先進(jìn)的防偽技術(shù)，具有一定的安全級(jí)別，因此取消原成績(jī)單加防偽標(biāo)簽的環(huán)節(jié)。在此時(shí)間之前出具的成績(jī)單仍然有效。

Notification on the Issuance of Secure Transcripts
The Transcript Office has been integrated into the Registrar’s Office at Tsinghua University. Effective February 21, 2013, the Registrar’s Office will assume responsibility for all transcript-related services. Concurrently, the University will implement a newly designed secure transcript featuring advanced anti-counterfeit technology.
Transcripts will be printed on specialized security paper with enhanced protection measures. The new design eliminates the use of external security labels. All transcripts issued before February 21, 2013, remain valid for official purposes.
